Glow You Forgot™ by Yellow Moon™
Glow You Forgot™ is a hand-prepared ritual, offered with care, intention, and blessing. Because of the personal and ceremonial nature of what we create, returns are handled gently and thoughtfully, with respect for both you and the ritual itself.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for products that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original condition and packaging
Due to the natural, personal, and ritual nature of our offerings, opened or used products cannot be returned. This helps us protect the integrity, safety, and care with which each ritual is prepared.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right with care and urgency.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- In some cases, a refund may be issued without requiring the item to be returned
- Processing begins promptly after approval
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Returning a Glow You Forgot™ ritual is not a rejection.
Sometimes, a blessing simply does not align—and that discernment is honored.
